Payments Accepted
At Assist Cleaning Services, we strive to make your experience as seamless as possible — including payment. We securely process payments through Jobber, allowing you to pay online with ease. We accept all major credit cards, bank transfers (ACH), and Apple Pay through Jobber’s Client Hub.

Payment is due before service completion unless otherwise arranged. If you have questions or prefer a specific method, we’re happy to accommodate — just let us know!
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice so we can adjust our schedule accordingly.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a $50 fee.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged 50% of the scheduled service.

For recurring clients, timely notice helps us maintain your preferred time slot.

Satisfaction Guarantee
At Assist Cleaning Services, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with any part of your service, let us know within 24 hours — we’ll return to make it right, no questions asked. We’re committed to delivering the spotless results you deserve.
